:
:
1. Wet Spot by Dave Stamp
:-Good, not as funny as his first two, but he acknowledged that.
Still quite entertaining
:
2. An Ebay Ad discovered by Adam Lauritsen
:- Well delivered, great audience reaction. Different, and that
makes it good. Just like... I don't know... something that is
different but good.
:
3. Awkward Silence by Luke Pingle
:Good concept, not that funny, but not really meant to be (I
don't think)
:
4. A Contest by Howard Zimmerle
:Just came up with this the day of... glad the audience liked it.
:
5. A Real Love Poem written by Donovan Jater
:
discovered by Scott Hagarty
:Sorry, but not funny.
:
6. Stand up Comedy by Elisa Pott
:Excellent delivery, good material. Much better than some other
standup we've had. My one complaint was that most people had no
idea that Julia Roberts even HAD a brother, which made that part
less funny.
:
7. Scott Hagarty's Not Skit by Scott Hagarty
:Boo... I once had an idea about going up there and saying
nothing for exactly 5 minutes. He stole this idea, but it didn't
work. If he had wanted to mock No Shame, it could have been
funny. Personally I just think it made him look dumb.
:
8. The Tom Selleck Worship Club by Neil Van Gorder
:Twisted. Once again I wonder what Neil smokes and where I can
get it when I see stuff like Apeman. I like the Nietsche
reference too.
:
9. What One Would Do by Josh Goodrich
:Good stuff, and his delivery made it funnier. Hope he comes back.
:
10. Short Attention Span Theater by Howard Zimmerle
:
and Jesse Woznick
:I loved the audience reaction to this... they ate it up! I
couldn't be happier with how I was received. I think the play got
a little long though... sorry!
:
11. The Telemarketer by Luke Pingle
Funny, and we all go through it from one side or the other.
One more addition: Fuel kicked ass, but 3 Doors Down kinda
sucked. 3DD had no stage presence.

RE: "And Dave, your song rocked."
Thanks, Luke, you're too kind. Likewise, I thoroughly
enjoyed "Awkward Silence". It was clever, doing a scene with no
dialogue but only stage directions. I'll join your fan club if
you join mine.
And just so you all don't think I'm a total weenie, I will again
go on record as saying I can't get enough of Jesse and Howard, no
matter how raunchy it gets. Although "Short Attention Span
Theater" was a good example of how funny they can be without
having to go completely in the gutter. Some of their funniest
stuff yet, in my opinion. Just shows what you can do when you
think with your head instead of your pecker.

Hey, fellas, I want to come to your show sometime, or to your
Best Of. I want to watch these things. I want to put them into
my eyeholes. But I do not have an automobile.
I do, however, have an email address.

Is it just my imagination, or will the turnout really suck Friday
because of Easter and the like?

I loved this. maybe because I was in it, wrote it, yadda yadda
yadda. I came up with the whole plot while I was on a lot of
Ny-Quil.
:2. Pudding Foot Man in the Pot Pan by Neil Van Gorder
:
:(comedic slide show of NVG's trip to San Francisco a la Adam

Neil's delivery made this funny.
:3. Death of the American Dream by Nick Thompson and Co.
:
:(horror musical number provided by Austin Z. and Nick T. while
:Jason D. and Paul K. give a political statement with their balls)
Great, great piece. You can say all you want about it being a
political statement, but I thought it was some guys screwing
around that just happened to make a political statement. Still a
great piece of performance art. It's about time we saw some full
male nudity... wait... I take that back.
:4. A New Monologue About True Love and Adolescence With a Stupid
:Title by Luke Pingel
:
:(Luke P. discusses how to get girls with a moped. Comedy
:monologue)
Once again, a good effort from Luke.
Good show for only four pieces. Made it worth staying.

The title of my play was "Cardio Culinary Resuscitation", not
reaction as was stated earlier. It's a play on Cardio Pulminary
Recuscitation, or the words that make up CPR.
