Jellybeans and sodomy. James 6:49 am saturday june 16, 2001 In the deepest pocket of the darkest room, there are both. Getting older is a sign of permanence. Your beloved 2nd grade teacher committed a total of _seven_ unnatural sex acts. As for yr parents, let's not talk about it. The Swiss put holes in everything, some sort of diversion-neutrality tactic they are known for. The Belgians have never done much, but they do speak French, and you probably don't. Mostly we wait for the dinner bell to ring Hosannahs and various mercies down, but if it don't smell like George Clinton, it probably ain't. Mostly I think revolutions have learned to divert themselves. And no, we don't get laid more often than we'd like to think. Pimples are aesthetic. Poems about pimples are written by Rita Dove and George Sand, edited by life. And people who believe in the validity of the avant-garde are just that--people. They need places to go and things to do. I saw an old woman tonight who looks just like you will. Her husband wanted to throttle us blind. I've committed myself to the taste of June, or Foods of All Nations. It's convenient to hate you, but there's also the newspaper. This will never come to a shut. This is a fond piece of redaction, we all live. We all do? Democracy is weak hierarchy, and the dictionaries ar on sale now--I live in the five-dollar bin, don't think you don't.
NoShame on the radio fan 9:47 pm thursday june 21, 2001 NoShame on Charlottesville Live. How unexpected. How delightful. Now I suppose it would be in poor taste to do a take on WINA a'la the SNL "good times" talk radio piece?
Mystery Woman Darius Fatemi 4:57 am saturday june 30, 2001 Where the hell did she come from? I talked to her afterwards and found out her name is Natalie, and she hadn't performed in 12 years. I didn't catch the name of the piece she did (it was the one in which she holds a gift she just received) but her performance was phenomenal. Note to all directors looking for talent: this woman is amazing, and I will pay to see her any day. Find out her last name, her number, get her to audition, and cast her. Cannot say enough about how real she seemed onstage - completely genuine and believable. I thought everyone was great, so maybe I shouldn't single anyone out, but she just bowled me over.
