This order represents an interesting historical note. Naomi Wallace, who has been called by Tony Kushner the most important American playwright writing today...had a piece in the line up. Naomi and I were in grad school together at the Iowa Playwright's Workshop, and although she has been a long time audience member of the original No Shame and strong suupporter of No Shame...and even though she has been claimed in the past by other No Shames as a No Shame writer/performer...this marked the actual first and only time she has had a piece in a No Shame order.

That said, the importance is more in that she is finally officially a No Shamer and after the fact has made prior claims of her participation now truthful if belated. I mention this only for its historical value, the piece iteself, the author, and the performer were no more or less important than any other piece in the line up that evening.

What was the order, you ask? It is:

1) Jared Riesenberg, CHRONOLOGY (ABRIDGED VERSION OF EVENTS & INCIDENTS DURING THE PAST 35 YEARS OF A GOVERNMENT RUN PERSECUTION CAMPAIGN) CHAPTER 15: "THE WINTER OF OUR DISCONTENT", memoir, performed by the author
