SMOKEY. Anybody got a cigarette?

ALPHA. I never want to be without you.

OMEGA. That's sweet.

ALPHA. Which is to say, I only want to be within you.

OMEGA. Oh, ick.

ALPHA. Without you, I cannot live.

OMEGA. Outside of my body?

ALPHA. But inside you...

OMEGA. Okay, stop.

ALPHA. My flesh nourished by the nutrients of your flesh...

OMEGA. I don't think that's how it works.

ALPHA. Your skin clinging to mine like a second skin...

OMEGA. Which it would literally be, in that case.

ALPHA. Our two hearts beating as one...

OMEGA. (touched) Aw...

ALPHA. Pulsing and throbbing in unison...

OMEGA. You're gonna make that sound like a bad thing, aren't you?

ALPHA. Because if they fell out of sync, even by a single heartbeat, the hydraulic pressure of the hot blood coursing through our conjoined veins...

OMEGA. Gross.

ALPHA. Would build up and shred our hapless arteries...

OMEGA. There it is.

ALPHA. Leaving us both with catastrophic internal injuries...

OMEGA. Y'know, some of us just ate.

ALPHA. Our capillaries bursting...

OMEGA. Sausage pizza, actually.

ALPHA. Our bodily fluids pooling in our trousers...

OMEGA. Okay, yeah, that's nasty.

ALPHA. ThenÑand only thenÑcan we truly be as one.

OMEGA. Wow. Well, I'm really enjoying these conjugal visits.

ALPHA. Don't leave me.

OMEGA. Security!

ALPHA. You complete me.

OMEGA. Yeah, that's what I'm a little afraid of.

ALPHA. I don't want to live without you.

OMEGA. Yo, security!
