No Shame Theatre Song

(drop your pants version)

music by Jonathan Price

lyrics by Jeff Goode

I woke up in the morning with a song caught in my head
A song about a theatre where shame itself is dead.

I could not shake this melody entangled in my brain.
And so I sing a song about Le Teatre No Shame!

No Shame Theatre
Bursting like a song!
No Shame Theatre
But not for very long...

I want to rap a little bit about a bit of art
Where everyone is welcome Ð anyone can play a part.

You only have to show your face at ten or just before.
Cuz all we ask is dat you dare to darken dat dere door.

No Shame Theatre
Dare to take a Dive!
No Shame Theatre
That'll cost you five.
Where else in North America can you get on a stage.Next week I'm off to save the world - and my task is the best.
(drops his pants)
And drop your pants and do a dance and still be all the rage?
(stops singing)

Except Las Vegas.
And New York.
Chicago.
Most of the Greater Los Angeles area.
One time I was in Kansas City, and I saw these three guys in a bar...
And almost anyplace in Mexico...

(notices the piano player glaring at him)

No Shame Theatre
Nothing left to hide!
No Shame Theatre
No Shame Don't Mean No Pride
