You decide to stop and see if the old lady is hurt. "Are you all right?" you ask her? She reassures you that yes, she's fine, and you help her to her feet. As soon as she regains an upright position, she topples to the ground again.
"Oh dear," she says. "It looks like my knee's gone out again."
"Can I do anything to help?" you ask her.
"Well, if you wouldn't mind helping me get to the first aid station, they can pop it back into place. They've done it for me three times already this month. You see, I shop a lot."
You take a look at the woman. She doesn't look very big, probably not even a hundred pounds, and you've been working out. You could probably carry her. Besides, the first aid station's just on the other side of the store, not far away at all. On the other hand, you're not really trained in that area, so it might be a good idea to get help.
